Yes. Our garage is located right next to the reception area. You can store your bicycles there safely and charge them at a household power socket if necessary.
Yes. We provide baby cots free of charge. Due to space limitations, this is only possible in the Superior, De-Luxe and Junior Suite categories.
In the Superior, De-Luxe and Junior Suite categories, an extra bed can be added for up to two children. Please inform reception of your requirements by telephone before arrival.

Parking on Kaiserdamm is free on the central reservation and hard shoulder, as well as on side streets. There is a night bus stop directly in front of the hotel – vehicles will be towed away at night. We also offer paid parking spaces in the courtyard at Kaiserdamm 37–38 (next to Sixt, approx. 5 minutes' walk away).
Unfortunately not. Our old building (built in 1910) has a step at the entrance; the lift exit is too narrow for a wheelchair. With the exception of the suite, our showers are not level with the floor.
Yes. Our smoke detection system is directly connected to the fire brigade via a service partner.
Yes. In the event of a malfunction, the lift is connected to a service company by telephone; the lift company (Haushahn) is informed.
Yes. If smoke is detected in rooms or corridors, the fire alarm will be triggered immediately. Smoking is only permitted in the smoking area in the atrium or in front of reception on Kaiserdamm.
All rooms with a view of Kaiserdamm – these are the superior rooms and the junior suite – are air-conditioned.
The large superior rooms (Nos. 28, 38, 48 and 57) and the junior suite (No. 62) have a balcony.

Yes. There are several doctors' surgeries (general practice, orthopaedics, internal medicine, dentistry) in the neighbouring building (Kaiserdamm 28). The DRK Clinic with emergency room is located on Spandauer Damm / corner of Königin-Elisabeth-Straße (travel time approx. 5 minutes, walking distance approx. 12 minutes).
It is approximately a 2-minute walk to the convenience store and approximately a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.
